Can I reserve a table?
No — both cafés are walk-in only. If there is a queue when you arrive the team will give you a pager, so you are not stuck standing in a line.
How long will I wait for food?
Soufflé pancakes are cooked to order and take the longest. You will be told the current wait before you pay, so you can decide whether to order them or go for bingsu and a drink instead.
Do both locations have the same menu?
Yes — the same pancakes, bingsu, matcha, coffee and tea at both. Very popular items occasionally sell out later in the day, so earlier is safer if you have your heart set on something.
Is it good for groups?
Both rooms are compact and seating is limited, so large groups may need to split across tables or wait longer. Pairs and small groups are easiest, especially on weekdays.
Can I take photographs?
Of course — the room was built for it. Just be considerate of other guests, and weekday mornings are much easier if you want clean shots of the space.
